Member FAQ

Q: How do I edit my shipment?
A: Look out for our allocation membership email each October! There will be an initial email sent, as well as a reminder email, with a link to edit or update your order. This is where you should be able to customize your shipment prior to it being sent out. Having trouble? Give our main line a call!

Q: Can I access library wines?
A: Yes! Library wines are available and may be added to your shipment. Specific varietals or vintages you are interested in, but not seeing? Please reach out and we will be happy to help!

Q: When is my allocation shipment sent out?
A: Most members receive their allocation shipment in the Fall prior to the holiday season; however, it is up to you! You should be able to make any adjustments to shipping timing through the initial link sent out.

Q: Is my allocation shipment processed automatically if I do not edit it myself?
A: Yes! Your allocation shipment will be sent out automatically if no adjustments are made! We will send out our default collection that we think is best for the current shipment year.
